MASTERY (acronym for MicrocredentiAlS reliabiliTy unlEashing gReen economy) is the new project on the topic of "green micro-credentials" that has the dual objective of innovating continuous training systems and supporting workers and companies in developing skills for the green transition. The Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna is participating in the project thanks to the contribution of the Sustainability Management Laboratory (SUM) of the Institute of Management. In the past few days the project partners from Italy, Spain, Bulgaria, Belgium and Finland met in Rome on 11 and 12 January for the first kick-off meeting.

Specifically, the research team, composed of the research fellow Fabio Iannone and the PhD students Giulia Alessandri and Annamaria Pesci, presented the MASTERY Research Plan that it will carry out within Work Package 2 - Green skills and knowledge needs in industry and policy context for responding to them - and is involved in the use of the European platform EPALE (Electronic Platform for Adult Learning in Europe) for the development of "digital credentials" for learning.

In addition to Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna, the project research consortium consists of Sistemi Formativi Confindustria (Italy), CETEM and Amuebla (Spain), CleanTech Bulgaria and KRIB (Bulgaria), ACR+ (Belgium) and Pyhäjärvi Institute (Finland).
